News: Donna Attends Framing Seminar
Donna Chappell of Chappell's House of Pictures and Frames recently attended a seminar by instructor Jim Miller CPF. The workshop discussed techniques to handle dimensional framing, showing an example of mask with a print. Jim Miller also gave an updated program on new conservation framing methods.
